Coronary artery lumen segmentation using AI
Here is some work I did at Harry Perkins in 2020 that was published in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (IF 7.011). It demonstrates how to make and test a memory and compute efficient AI to extract lumen masks from coronary artery OCT images. Lots of work has since been done in this field and has eclipsed this papers' methods since it was published. Click the link below to take a look at the original manuscript.
