Here is some work I did at Harry Perkins in 2020 that was published in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine [https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/artificial-intelligence-in-medicine] (IF 7.011). It demonstrates how to make and test a memory and compute efficient AI to extract lumen masks from coronary artery OCT images.
